We provide high end products using world class technology

COPPER
Arrives to our facilities in wire rod form, meeting the standard ASTM B-49, and has a main characteristics it´s excellent conductivity, high ductility and malleability.

Aluminum
Its received in wire rod form in different alloys according to the conductor type to manufacture, 1350-H16, 5005 H-19, or 6201 - T4; among their more important properties are their low weight or volumetric density and their acceptable electric conductivity.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
A thermoplastic compound used in our conductors for insulation and as a protector cape. It provides:
-
High resistance to humidity and heat
-
Great flexibility
-
High Electric Resistance
-
Resistance to fuel and oils
-
Extraordinary resistance to fungus and corrosion

PE (Polythyene)
A compound used for insulation, depending on the conductor type to be manufactored, this material can disperse temperatures, 75 °C (for LLPE) or 90 °C (for XLPE). It provides:
-
Extraordinary high electric resistance
-
Excellent UV protection in black colored cables
-
Great resistance to impact and abrasion
-
Excellent mechanical properties
